Overview
Alfred Floramo is a manager in the tax practice. Alfred brings extensive consulting and compliance experience with federal and state income tax returns for corporations and partnerships as well as Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC740). He serves clients in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and private equity industries.
Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Alfred served as a tax manager at a Big 4 firm. There, he was responsible for federal, state/local, international tax compliance, research and planning.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University, his Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven, and his Advanced Certificate in Taxation from New York University. Alfred is a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut. Alfred is a member of the Chicago Tax Club, Institute for Professionals in Taxation and has served as a director on the board of the Tax Executive Institute.
