Two Companies, One Set of Values

Established in 1994, Kaufman Rossin Fund Services (KRFS) was born out of Kaufman Rossin to provide specialized administration services to the global financial community. Together, the two companies form Kaufman Rossin Group and share common values and guiding principles. As a principal of Kaufman Rossin and a co-founder and director of KRFS, I take pride in saying that both companies are distinguished by integrity and professionalism, and we truly value our people.

• Our offices are seamless. People are constantly traveling from office to office. From New York to Boston to San Francisco to Miami and now to Dallas, our people are there working with one another and living the culture.
• We share common areas and have face-to-face interactions. We designed our facilities with low cubes and shared spaces so our people can communicate and share ideas. Our kitchens are designed for people to have lunch, grab coffee and take breaks together.
• Social events. Although we work very hard, we play hard too. We host wine parties and other work-sponsored events where we can further develop these relationships.
• We involve all levels. We don’t just send top management to other offices and conferences – we involve staff at all levels. We focus on career development of our  people because they fuel our success.
