Kaufman Rossin Empowering Women
KREW supports women at every stage of their careers at Kaufman Rossin, fostering connection, professional growth, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs offer opportunities for peers who share similar beliefs, backgrounds, life experiences or other affinities to connect and support one another. They provide access to role models and peers, an outlet to share perspectives, and a way to increase awareness and buy-in with other firm members on inclusion and diversity issues.
Through meaningful dialogue, skill-building programming, and community engagement, KREW creates opportunities for employees to connect, share experiences, and build relationships that support a positive workplace culture.
What We Focus On
Community & Conversation
KREW fosters open dialogue through regular member conversations, creating a welcoming space for employees to discuss relevant topics, share perspectives, and strengthen connection across the firm.
Professional Development & Networking
KREW offers workshops, panels, and interactive events designed to support skill-building and career growth for women — including speed mentoring, self-evaluation workshops, and working-parents’ panels — often paired with informal networking receptions.
Service & Community Impact
Giving back is central to KREW’s mission. Each year during the holiday season, KREW hosts a community service event that supports a local organization that benefits women and children, like the Lotus House for unhoused women and children.
KREW in action
At KREW, we believe meaningful progress comes from connection, accountability, and action. By championing women’s advancement and fostering an inclusive culture, we are helping shape a more vibrant and equitable workplace—both within Kaufman Rossin and in the communities we serve. As we look ahead, we remain committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and creating an environment where everyone’s success is supported and celebrated.
