REACH (Remote Engagements and Collaborations Hub) champions the voices and experiences of Kaufman Rossin’s remote and hybrid employees, building a connected, inclusive community no matter where employees work from.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs offer opportunities for peers who share similar beliefs, backgrounds, life experiences or other affinities to connect and support one another. They provide access to role models and peers, an outlet to share perspectives, and a way to increase awareness and buy-in with other firm members on inclusion and diversity issues.
REACH creates opportunities for remote and hybrid employees to connect, share experiences, and build relationships across offices and time zones — helping ensure every employee feels included and engaged in firm culture, wherever they work from.

Initiatives like the Reach for the Stars Networking Challenge, along with dedicated communication channels and recognition opportunities, help REACH members stay engaged, visible, and celebrated no matter where they work.
