United Way Young Leaders Build Your Own Brunch
Savor the flavor of giving back! You’re invited to the annual Build Your Own Brunch event hosted by United Way Young Leaders, an engaged group of young professionals, 45 and younger, who are dedicated to building a stronger Miami.
Join us at the InterContinental Miami for a day of delicious food, fun and fundraising. Together we’ll create culinary masterpieces and make a difference in our community led by two spectacular chefs:
- Michael Beltran, Chef-Owner of Ariete Hospitality Group, who guides the cuisine served at restaurants such as Chug’s Diner, The Gibson Room and Taurus
- Giovanni Fesser, Chef best known as “Pastelito Papi”, who makes modern takes on the traditional Cuban pastry
The event will also feature Julio Cabrera, Maestro Cantinero and Founder of the renowned Café La Trova, one of the world’s best bars. He’ll be showcasing La Trova’s signature cocktail – the perfect way to kick off a truly unforgettable brunch experience!
Proceeds from this event will support United Way Miami’s work to elevate lives through their Core Four: Health & Wellbeing, Education, Resilient Communities and Economic Mobility.
