Each year, the South Florida Business Journal asks employees to tell us why their companies are great employers. This year’s honorees did not disappoint.
In our annual special section, we’re sharing just why these local companies ranked high in their respective categories. Learn about the innovative and creative ideas these 40 businesses are implementing in order to make sure employees are engaged at the highest level.

2. KAUFMAN ROSSIN GROUP
There’s a culture at Kaufman Rossin Group that exists in established employees – and is infused into younger and newer employees too. It’s built on fairness, leadership and fun. People are treated according to their specific situations and needs – with each given an equal chance to succeed.
