Carlos Diaz promoted to business consulting services principal at Kaufman Rossin 

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of Carlos Diaz to principal in the Business Consulting Services practice.

Diaz leads the firm’s Transformation & Integration practice, focusing primarily on process improvement, systems optimization and helping businesses more productively generate financial and operational reporting output. His background in software, engineering and corporate finance help drive his unique approach to developing customized solutions to middle market businesses looking to improve performance and, in many cases, prepare for sale. He has experience working with clients in a range of industries, including real estate investment firms, tech companies, energy businesses, and community development agencies.

Diaz earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and his MBA from the University of Miami.
