Christian Schweizer of Kaufman Rossin re-elected to lead HBS Alumni Angels of South Florida

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced that Marketing and Business Intelligence Director Christian Schweizer has been re-elected as president of the Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni Angels of South Florida.

The local group is a chapter of the global Harvard Business School Alumni Angels Association (HBSAA), an educational and networking forum that facilitates interest in investment, portfolio diversification, entrepreneurial ventures, and mentorship opportunities for Harvard alumni and entrepreneurs. The non-profit organization proudly ranks among the largest angel investor groups supporting local startup businesses in South Florida.

“It is an honor and a privilege to be serving as president for the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of South Florida,” said Schweizer. “I am committed to HBSAA’s mission of fostering opportunities for ambitious entrepreneurial individuals to gain exposure in ventures and investment mentorships. I look forward to continuing to work with other board members to strengthen South Florida businesses by investing in the growth of its start-up community.”

Schweizer has over two decades of international marketing experience, primarily in business strategy and development, as well as analytics and digital marketing. His roles have included product management, marketing operations, advertising, and marketing strategy. He is also an adjunct professor at University of Miami where he lectures on marketing analytics. Schweizer initiates strategic, agile marketing decisions to identify marketing shortfalls to optimize performance and make insightful discoveries in big data to generate top-line revenue growth.

Schweizer earned his post-graduate degree at the Harvard Business School, along with his Master of Business Administration at the ZHAW school of management, and Bachelor of Business Administration, accounting/finance at the Zurich Business School (KV Zürich).
