FICPA honors graduates of its 2023-24 Leadership Academy

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., congratulates 25 FICPA honors and graduates of 2023-24 Leadership Academy, including: Luisa Blandon, Rachel Faxas, Chase Orthwein, Alexandra Escobar, Yosseidy Estevez, and Claudia Machado.

“The FICPA Leadership Academy identifies rising stars in our state and equips them with the leadership skills to take the next steps in their promising careers,” FICPA President & CEO Shelly Weir said. “We celebrate this year’s graduates and look forward to watching them shape the future of the CPA profession.”

This program is a selective, high-impact program for CPAs age 35 and under who are looking to grow as leaders. Participants took part in Leadership Academy sessions and graduated on January 17th during the FICPA’s CPA Day.
