Frank Gonzalez joins Kaufman Rossin as assurance & advisory services principal

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced the addition of Frank Gonzalez, CPA, CFF, as a principal in the assurance & advisory services practice.

He specializes in audit engagements and providing business advisory and regulatory compliance services to national and international public (SEC), and privately held companies. He is also experienced in public offerings, capital formation, and mergers and acquisitions. He helps clients accomplish their financial and operational objectives. With more than 30 years of experience with large multinational and regional firms, he has been able to strengthen his expertise in industries such as financial services (domestic and international banking, broker-dealers, funds and fintech), technology, construction and real estate.

Gonzalez has testified as an expert witness on numerous cases regarding construction, liability, lost profit matters, lender liability, professional malpractice, and fraud.

He is a licensed CPA in Florida, New York and Puerto Rico. He earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
