The event is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on April 13 at Stearns Weaver Miller‘s offices at 200 East Las Olas Blvd., Penthouse A in Ft. Lauderdale.
The goal of the seminar is to educate employers about the new 401(k) administrative burdens they will face by year’s end that include requiring disclosure by outside vendors of hidden fees and to participants of expenses charged against their accounts. Other specifics that will be addressed in this seminar include:

- What the new rules mean to your human resources and benefits departments
- Fiduciary best practices for your plan in dealing with the new rules
- Common documentary and procedural compliance pitfalls as spotted by plan auditors
- Questions about the new rules and overall 401(k) plan compliance
