Ian Goldberger named transaction advisory services principal at Kaufman Rossin
Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent accounting firm in Florida and one of the top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of Ian Goldberger, CPA, to transaction advisory services principal in the Business Consulting Services practice.
Goldberger advises companies through capital raise and merger and acquisition initiatives including strategic planning, financial modeling, business plan preparation, financial and operational due diligence and post-deal integration planning and execution. Additionally, he works hand-in-hand with companies through financial complexities, as well as optimizing operational performance to improve profit margins and overall bottom-line earnings.
Goldberger co-leads the firm’s healthcare industry group, in addition to working with clients in other industries, including financial services, manufacturing and real estate.

Goldberger holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Florida.
