James Wolcott Named Business Consulting Principal at Kaufman Rossin

Kaufman Rossin, one of the top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of James Wolcott to business consulting services principal.

James leads the firm’s rapidly growing business consulting services practice, which focuses on transaction advisory, performance improvement, and corporate finance and strategy consulting. He has provided consulting services to many of the world’s leading organizations on issues of corporate finance and strategy, performance improvement, transaction and capital advisory, and financial planning and analysis.

James joined Kaufman Rossin in 2016 and has over 19 years of experience providing management consulting and corporate advisory services to multi-national clients. He also held advisory and management roles with companies across technology, building supply and professional services business segments, which involved guiding businesses through crucial periods of growth, corporate restructuring and turnaround.
