Kaufman Rossin designates Amy Reed as director of staff development 

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., has designated Amy Reed as a staff development director within the firm’s internal learning and development division, Kaufman Rossin University.

Reed leads staff development for Kaufman Rossin’s Entrepreneurial Services group, one of the largest service lines within the firm. She leverages more than 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur in her leadership role within the entrepreneurial services department. Reed has a proven track record for developing and implementing high-quality, technical, collaborative programs. Her focus is on supporting all professionals within the group by providing the tools and training needed to help each person highlight their unique strengths and achieve success in their role.

She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, the co-founder of Thrive—Kaufman Rossin’s employee resource group focused on mental health and fitness—and a member of the Kaufman Rossin Empowering Women (KREW) employee resource group.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
