Kaufman Rossin Group Named One of the “Best Companies to Work for 2013” by Florida Trend

The Kaufman Rossin Group, one of the largest independent accounting firms in Florida and the Southeastern United States, has been ranked one of “Florida’s Best Companies to Work For 2013.” The firm was ranked 13th among companies of 250 or more employees in Florida Trend’s yearly ranking.

The fifth annual Best Companies list was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council and ranks 100 companies in the small, medium and large employer categories.

Companies that participate must have at least 15 workers employed in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Participants undergo an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and their employees complete an anonymous survey to measure their level of satisfaction with the company. The combined scores determine the top companies and final rankings.

The Kaufman Rossin Group is routinely recognized as a best place to work and has achieved this distinction multiple times with Accounting Today and the South Florida Business Journal.
