Kaufman, Rossin Maintains Title as the ‘Best Place to Work’ in South Florida

Firm’s employee-focused philosophy proves a winning recipe once again

MIAMI, March 01, 2012 – For a record breaking sixth time, Kaufman Rossin, has been awarded first place among large companies of 150 or more employees in the South Florida Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” competition.  The firm is the only company in South Florida to achieve this six-time distinction in the history of the awards program.

The “Best Places to Work” committee selected Kaufman Rossin from more than 100 nominees as its 2012 winner, based on anonymous opinion surveys of the firm’s employees. The survey asked questions in 10 different categories, including team effectiveness, alignment with goals, trust in co-workers and senior management, manager effectiveness and people practices.
