Kaufman Rossin Named Among ‘Best Places to Work’ for 2022
Kaufman Rossin, one of top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S. and the largest independent accounting firm in Florida, has once again been named among the “Best Places to Work” by the South Florida Business Journal. The 2022 competition marks the 15th year the firm has been recognized as an honoree.
Kaufman Rossin was recognized for its “joy at work” culture; focus on diversity, equity and inclusion; learning and development opportunities; and community involvement.

The South Florida Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” committee presented the awards in three categories based on company size during a luncheon February 17, 2022, at The Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.
Rankings in the “Best Places to Work” competition are determined by employees’ answers to an anonymous survey administered by Quantum Workplace. Employers are rated in six categories:
- Communication and resources
- Individual needs
- Manager effectiveness
- Personal engagement
- Team dynamics
- Trust in leadership
