Kaufman Rossin Promotes Two Assurance Professionals to Manager

Kaufman Rossin, one of the Top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced today the promotion of two supervisors to manager.

Keith Douglass joined the firm in 2006 and serves as a manager in the firm’s assurance and advisory practice. He performs financial statement audits and reviews, SOX 404, SOC reports, internal audit, IT internal audit, risk assessments and consulting services for clients in a variety of industries. His expertise includes accounting for consolidation, foreign operations, fair value transactions, derivatives, cost accounting, and stock options.

Cary Valdes-Perez, CPA, joined the firm in 2007 as an intern and is now a manager in the assurance and advisory services department. She participates in consulting and audit engagements for clients ranging from startups to large companies in a variety of industries, including broker-dealers, healthcare, aviation, non-profits, and technology. She is experienced with employee benefit plan audits and works on many of the firm’s internal engagements.
