Hirschberg focuses on litigation support and forensic accounting services in matrimonial and civil matters. Sharp was previously Director of Advisory Services and has conducted over 30 due diligence engagements throughout the United States on behalf of financial and strategic buyers including analysis of targets’ earnings assets revenue streams cash flows identification of commitments and contingent liabilities and potential deal breakers as well as counseled on significant accounting issues.  Sharp has also provided numerous post-acquisition integration advisory services.
