Kaufman Rossin to Relocate, Expand Boca Raton Office
Kaufman Rossin, one of the region’s largest accounting firms, will move its Boca Raton office to One Town Center, expanding the size of the office by 50 percent.
CBRE Senior VP Michael Erickson represented building owner MetLife in the 12,227-square-foot lease, while Curtis Olschansky of the Olschansky Group represented the tenant.
The Miami-based firm’s Boca Raton office is currently at 225 N.E. Mizner Blvd.
“As a Top 50 accounting firm in the U.S., we need a location that offers room to expand and one that is easily accessible for our clients in Palm Beach County,” said Scott Berger, leader of Kaufman Rossin’s Boca Raton office, in a news release.
One Town Center was known as the Tyco Building before that corporation moved out. MetLife and CBRE have converted it into a multi-tenant building.
“Recent activity has been excellent, as high-quality tenants are embracing the opportunity to locate within one of South Florida’s most desirable buildings,” Erickson said. “The renovations and amenities have ensured the building maintains its iconic status.”
