The “Best Places to Work” awards committee selected Kaufman Rossin. from more than 100 nominees as its 2010 winner based on anonymous opinion surveys of the firm’s employees. The survey asked questions in 10 different categories including team effectiveness alignment with goals trust in co-workers and senior management manager effectiveness and people practices.
“Our employee-first culture has been consistent over the last 48 years. Now that we’ve grown to more than 250 employees it gives me great pleasure to see that our people still see how much we care,” said Jim Kaufman, managing partner of Kaufman Rossin. “I am extremely proud of this award but most importantly I am proud to share a workplace with such a tremendous group of employees.”
