Melinda Mergelsberg Named Principal at Kaufman Rossin

Kaufman Rossin, one of the top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of Melinda Mergelsberg, CPA, to forensic, advisory and valuation services principal.

She employs her experience in tax and accounting to provide litigation support, forensic accounting, tax and estate planning services, financial reporting, and management advisory services for clients in matrimonial and civil matters. She advises high-net-worth individuals and private clients in divorce cases.

Melinda joined Kaufman Rossin in 2013, where she currently leads a team that performs equitable distribution analyses, needs analyses and co-mingling analyses, prepares financial affidavits, and interprets child support guidelines. She also provides expert testimony and assistance at trials, mediations, depositions, and throughout the discovery process.

Melinda has volunteered as Co-Chair of the Events Committee for Florida’s Voice on Developmental Disabilities and with the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County.

She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
