Michael Fletcher joins Kaufman Rossin as tax principal 

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., announced the addition of Michael Fletcher, CPA, as a principal in the tax department.

Fletcher will lead the tax services advisory group in the Palm Beach office. He is experienced in corporate tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation and IRS tax resolutions. He is also well versed at helping multistate/multinational companies develop and implement tax department governance and technology deployment strategies.

He specializes in developing legal entity structures and advising clients on acquisition and sale transactions, including due diligence and post-merger integration. He helps identify and mitigate tax exposures, resolve IRS and state/municipal disputes, and manages domestic and international tax issues, including intercompany transaction planning.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.
