Kaufman Rossin partnered with The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade in 2019 to launch a countywide awareness and marketing campaign promoting equal pay. Now, The Women’s Fund is re-introducing the public campaign to garner additional support. 

Marya Meyer, interim executive director of The Women’s Fund, sat down for an interview with Lifestyle Media Group to discuss what Miami Dade-County is doing to support women’s rights in our city and the world. 

“When you look at differences in economic compensation, it’s unbelievable. We’re doing an Impact Collaborative in early March with female attorneys. [A 2020 Status of Women in Miami-Dade County report] found that there’s a [41%] difference in median earnings between men and women in that industry. Forty-one percent! It’s crazy. I’d never think that in a million years.”
