He brings more than a decade of experience supporting operational improvement, business transformation, and strategic initiatives across organizations. He works with clients to improve processes, strengthen performance, and implement practical solutions that support operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.
Yosel has a strong background in operations, organizational management, and business transformation. Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, he held leadership roles in the healthcare industry, where he led multi-site operational initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and supported strategic projects focused on process improvement, performance optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
At Kaufman Rossin, Yosel helps clients across industries navigate complex business challenges through transformation, integration, and operational improvement initiatives. He brings a structured, execution-focused approach to helping organizations create clarity, improve performance, and achieve measurable results.
Yosel holds dual degrees from Florida International University, including a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Policy and Management, and is completing his Master of Business Administration through Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
