Adam co-leads Kaufman Rossin's Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services practice and is a Certified Public Accountant, specialized in financial forensics and business valuation, with more than 18 years of experience in providing expert witness and litigation consulting services related to:
- Economic damages,
- Business valuation, and
- Fraud investigations.
Adams expertise includes assisting counsel and tries of fact with complex economic damage and valuation issues, including lost profits, diminished and lost business value, and disgorgement. These are applied to cases involving contract disputes, intellectual property infringement, fraud, corporate dissolution, and shareholder matters.
Adam provides supports to attorneys by applying his particular expertise in:
