Adam Rabinowitz has been with Kaufman Rossin since 2011 and is a senior manager in the forensic, advisory, and valuation department. Adam has over ten years of experience providing clients with forensic investigative services and dispute-related services.
His specialties include:
- Economic damage computations including lost profits, lost value, extra costs, restitution and disgorgement damages
- Business valuations involving shareholder disputes and corporate dissolutions
- Intellectual property infringement damages
- Fraud investigations
- Other litigation support consulting services including case strategy, assisting counsel with interrogatories and document requests, deposition assistance, and preparing trial demonstratives
His experience includes preparing and reviewing complex economic damage analyses and business valuations for use in commercial litigation. He also has experience in conducting various forensic accounting investigations and other accounting related consulting services. His industry expertise includes retail, banking, hospitality, construction, real estate, and healthcare.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami where he was elected to membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, International Business Honor Society.
Adam is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
