Adam Rabinowitz has provided clients with forensic investigative and dispute-related services for more than 10 years.

He specializes in economic damage computations, including lost profits, lost value, extra costs, restitution and disgorgement damages. Adam also works with clients on business valuations involving shareholder disputes and corporate dissolutions, intellectual property infringement damages and fraud investigations.

Adam provides a number of litigation support consulting services, including case strategy, assisting counsel with interrogatories and document requests, deposition assistance and preparing trial demonstratives.

In addition, Adam prepares and reviews complex economic damage analyses and business valuations for use in commercial litigation. He also conducts forensic accounting investigations and other accounting-related consulting services.

Since joining Kaufman Rossin in 2011, Adam has advised clients in the retail, banking, hospitality, construction, real estate, government contracting and healthcare industries.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
