Overview
Andy Huang is a manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Financial Services Tax practice, with over five years of experience in the hedge fund and private equity industries.
Andy specializes in tax compliance services for hedge fund and investment partnership clients, encompassing a broad range of investment strategies and fund structures. He provides guidance on tax matters related to private equity, hedge funds, and fund of funds, and prepares Schedule K-1 reporting for investors, among other client services. He has also taken a lead role in our technological upgrades, and many staff training sessions.
Andy is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
Andy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Baruch College.
