Overview
Ari Roloff is a Director of Client Services on Kaufman Rossin’s Business Development team, with over 20 years of experience in management, consulting, and business development across public and private sectors. He has extensive experience cultivating strategic relationships within the professional services industry.
Throughout his career, Ari has led market-facing initiatives that drive firm visibility, enhance client engagement, and strengthen business development strategies. At Kaufman Rossin, he works across service lines to deliver value to key clients, leveraging a client-centric approach that focuses on understanding their business needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
He has advised C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and established companies on growth, compliance, and operational performance, serving as a trusted connector in South Florida’s business and finance communities. Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Ari held leadership roles in national professional services and consulting firms, focused on relationship management, business development, and strategic advisory.
Active in the community, Ari serves as President and Board Chair for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) South Florida and has sat on the Board of Governors for Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also a past board member of the Miami Finance Forum, where he supported collaboration among finance professionals.
Ari earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University.
