Candace Shelton joined the firm in 2021 as a project manager in the business operations department. Since then, she has transitioned to the people operations department where she now holds the title of Director. With over 14 years of experience, her passion for empowering people, enhancing operations, and driving innovation to align with firm strategies has earned her this role.
