Overview
Candace Shelton joined the firm in 2021 as a project manager in the business operations department. Since then, she has transitioned to the human resources department where she serves as the Employee Experience Manager. With over 14 years of experience, her passion for people and operations combined with an acute attention to detail has earned her this role. She is responsible for working directly on the operational processes in HR to ensure our employees have the best experience throughout their time at Kaufman Rossin.
