Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Cecilia served as a Tax Director at an accounting and consulting firm, where she led the preparation and filing of tax returns for various entities, including S Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individual returns for high-net-worth clients. She also managed and mentored a team of professionals, overseeing tax projects and collaborating closely with clients to develop and implement strategies to reduce overall tax liabilities.
Cecilia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University and a Master of Taxation from Nova Southeastern University.
