Cindy focuses on helping clients reimagine and optimize their financial operations to drive measurable results.
Cindy specializes in business process optimization and financial operations management, with deep expertise in process improvement strategy and execution, organizational redesign, and business analytics. She has been pivotal in developing a standardized, scalable shared services model throughout her career that streamlines core accounting functions through the effective use of technology, automation, and specialized staff, delivering real-time financial insights and operational support to clients.
As a former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Cindy brings a practical, hands-on perspective to business transformation initiatives. She is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on leveraging business process automation and has served on advisory boards for several technology providers, contributing to product development aligned with the evolving accounting landscape. She is certified in Sage Intacct Accounting and Implementation and has extensive experience with platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, QuickBooks, BlackLine, and FloQast. Cindy is also actively involved in her community through her local food pantry and is an avid golfer.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
