Daniel Rosenberg, CISA, CPA

Daniel plans and executes attestation engagements on System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1, 2, and 3 reports, and consulting engagements with a specialized focus on internal controls and risk assessments related to IT, operational, and financial risks. He also specializes in providing insight-driven metrics using data analytics, visualization, and custom-reporting to enable businesses to efficiently prioritize risk mitigation and control implementation strategies.

Leveraging his experience providing assurance, attestation, and consulting services, Daniel helps clients resolve complex challenges related to their needs. He guides his clients through cybersecurity and IT risk assessments, internal audit services, HIPAA security compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and system examinations. He also advises clients in a range of industries, including technology, financial services, real estate, construction, manufacturing/distribution, oil and gas, agriculture, technology, media, insurance, and healthcare.

Daniel has been featured in Security Magazine and HIT Consultant. He is on the board of directors for the South Florida Chapter of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Transforming Data With Intelligence (TDWI), Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and Infragard.

Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Touro College and his Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Miami.
