Diana Chiste, CPA, CISA, CITP, is a manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Risk Advisory Services department who specializes in cybersecurity and compliance, with a focus on System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1, 2, and 3 engagements. She works with clients across the technology, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate industries.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin’s Risk Advisory Services practice, Diana implemented various tools to assist a bank with reporting requirements and the preparation of financial statements. She began her career at the firm as an auditor, conducting financial statement, internal, and IT audits for small to mid-size businesses, and has since leveraged that foundation to deliver tailored risk and compliance solutions for her clients.
Diana is a Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and Kentucky, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and holds the Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She also earned a Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Miami.
She earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of Louisville, as well as bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Florida International University.
