Overview
Einat Laver is a director in Kaufman Rossin’s Tax Services Advisory Group. She has over a decade of experience in tax, government, finance and accounting.
Einat helps lead Kaufman Rossin’s Tax transactions service line which includes mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and due diligence. She also assists with the review of Federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individual clients. She specializes in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and corporate tax compliance. Her industry experience includes real estate, technology, professional services, and retail industries.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Einat served as a Senior Manager for the Government of Israel’s Ministry of Defense in New York City. She oversaw the procurement process ensuring completion, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. and Israeli Government regulations.
Einat grew up in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew. Staying connected to her roots, she enjoys being involved in the community by volunteering for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation on their financial review subcommittee.
Einat is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and her Master of Science degree in Taxation from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
