Gregory Friedrich is a senior manager in Kaufman Rossin’s international tax practice. He has over 12 years of experience in consulting and compliance across various industries such as private equity, real estate, and aviation.
Gregory’s professional background includes working at two of the Big Four accounting firms, where he gained valuable experience in the field. He specializes in foreign tax credits, Subpart F, PFIC, M&A structuring, and entity classifications. With a background in law, he brings a unique perspective to tax consulting, which helps him provide comprehensive solutions to his clients.
For the past 6 years, Gregory has been volunteering as a mentor at iMentor, an organization that assists students from low-income communities in enrolling and graduating from college. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
He received his JD in tax law/taxation from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware.
