Overview
Irina Khoury is a senior manager in Kaufman Rossin’s tax practice. She brings over a decade of tax experience to her clients.
Irina specializes in tax services for private equity and provides tax compliance and consulting for corporations and partnerships including partnership taxable income calculations, preparation of investors Schedule K-1s with complex allocations, footnote disclosures, and electronic filing services.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a tax manager at a Big 4 where she managed all aspects of tax compliance for private equity funds and real estate investment companies.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and Colorado, a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Colorado Institute of Public Accountants (COCPA). Irina is also fluent in English and Russian.
