Overview
Kishan Padubidri is a Senior Manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Risk Advisory Service practice. Kishan brings over 18 years of experience with vast knowledge in assurance, internal controls, internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at large international corporations working with various stakeholders across different markets, driving robust internal controls programs which enhanced the internal controls environment and contributing towards continuous process improvements.
He works with business control owners in remediation activities to ensure timely remediation and testing for SOX 404a and 404b assessments. Kishan also proactively identifies opportunities for audit process automation and efficiencies and works with the IT SOX and IT GRC teams in communicating system scoping, understanding the IT landscape, and assessing the impact of ITGC issues on business processes.
Kishan earned his Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
