Overview
Lisette Nevarez joined Kaufman Rossin in 1984. As a Scheduling Manager for the Entrepreneurial Services department, she is responsible for managing the capacity of one of the largest practice groups in the firm.
Managing the schedules and budgets for a team of 26 staff members across three offices, Lisette's role is key to keeping engagements staffed and employees productive. Retention of both employees and clients is an important result of her efforts.
Lisette also participates in the recruitment, interviewing and selection processes for her practice group, keeping capacity and client needs in mind. She is the go-to person for all team members on best practices for dealing with clients, peers and managers.
She collaborates with management and human resources to administer the firm's Career Development Advisors (CDA) program, which assigns mentors to assist employees in developing their careers and achieving their potential at Kaufman Rossin.
