Overview
Max Maheux is a senior manager in the audit and assurance department at Kaufman Rossin. He joined the firm in 2015. He works on clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, financial services and real estate.
Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Max spent five years with a Big Four accounting firm in Quebec City. He audited clients from various industries including manufacturing, insurance, financial services, hospitality real estate investment, and non-profits. His experience there also included an assignment as an internal auditor, and special projects for government organizations.
Earlier career experience managing in both the retail and manufacturing and distribution channels of the competitive sporting goods industry built Max's management, planning and organization skills, and created a solid foundation that helps him appreciate the needs of his clients.
Max is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at Laval University, and is a Chartered Accountant in Canada.
