Overview
Michael Kelley is a Manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Entrepreneurial Services practice, where he provides accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services to closely held businesses across a variety of industries. He works with companies at different stages of growth, helping business owners navigate financial reporting, tax matters, and operational challenges while supporting their long-term objectives.
Since joining Kaufman Rossin in 2016, Michael has served within the Entrepreneurial Services department, developing extensive experience working with privately held businesses and their owners. His hands-on approach and commitment to client service enable him to deliver practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked at a public accounting firm in the Philadelphia area, where he gained experience in tax, audit, and accounting services. This diverse background provides him with a well-rounded perspective when advising clients on financial and compliance matters.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), United Way Miami, FICPA Leadership Academy Graduate.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
