Overview
Michael Paulosky is a senior manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Tax Services Advisory practice with over a decade of experience in public accounting. He specializes in tax consulting and compliance for corporations, partnerships, and S-corporations across industries such as technology, real estate, private clients and manufacturing and distribution.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Michael held senior leadership roles in tax advisory, where he led consulting and compliance engagements for both domestic and multinational clients. He advised C-suite and VP-level decision makers on complex partnership taxation, corporate structures, and strategic tax planning.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
He earned both a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
