Overview
Nicholas Hayes is a manager in Kaufman Rossin’s estate and trust practice, where he provides tax compliance, advisory and consulting services for a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, estates, trusts and tax-exempt organizations.
He specializes in individual, family limited partnership, fiduciary, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxation and planning for foreign and domestic clients.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin in 2016, Nicholas worked at a Big Four firm for eight years in the private client tax services department. He primarily focused on U.S. and Canadian taxation for high-net-worth individuals and their related trusts, partnerships, corporations and tax-exempt organizations, in addition to cross-border tax planning.
