Overview
Rachel Faxas is a senior manager in Kaufman Rossin’s entrepreneurial services practice. She brings a decade of experience with international tax planning and compliance.
Rachel works with a variety of industries, including real estate and investments. She also helps small businesses with the processes and implementation of accounting software, such as Quickbooks Online. Her tax experience includes corporate, partnership, and individual taxation with an emphasis on international tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked at a boutique agency that specialized in international tax. There, she was responsible for completing the compliance, planning and accounting for income taxes, preparing personal, corporate, and multi-state Income Tax Returns and examining international tax structures for clients.
She remains active in the community and is a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, a non-profit organization.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University and her Master of Science in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish.
