Overview
Ridhi Nahata is a manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Risk Advisory Services practice. She is focused on adding value and improving operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation of the design and adequacy of internal controls, effectiveness of risk management, information technology general and manual controls, SOX 404, and governance processes.
She brings over a decade of experience in conducting audits, compliance, and risk management engagements. Due to her vast experience in these areas, she is also progressively entrusted with special projects around ESG, Disclosure Controls, Tone at the Top, Board and Shareholder related matters including charters, proxy statements.
Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Ridhi served as an internal audit manager and head for a leading hospitality software company. In that role, she was responsible for annual risk assessments for each of their entities and establishing and implementing controls in all nine countries they served.
She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, a post-graduation diploma in management with a specialization in finance from the All India Management Association (AIMA), and her Master of Commerce in International Business from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marwari.
