Overview
Tamara Crespo joined Kaufman Rossin in 2010 and is a manager in the forensic, advisory and valuation services department. She provides a variety of litigation consulting services in the areas of economic damages, business valuation, lost profits and damages, matrimonial matters and other forensic accounting matters.
Her business valuation expertise includes deal advisory, financial reporting, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, tax compliance and planning, intangible assets, equities/debt, option models, venture capital and allocation of firm value among equity securities.
