Overview
Vanesa Guerra is a director in Kaufman Rossin’s entrepreneurial services practice where she brings nearly two decades of experience to clients.
Vanesa brings a diverse level of expertise concentrated on tax compliance and planning services for closely held corporations and passthrough entities. She has overseen tax engagements for client groups composed of corporations, partnerships, other investments organizations, and individual tax compliance and advisory.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a tax director at a national accounting and advisory firm.
Vanesa is involved in the community as an active board member and PACE committee member with Executive Women Leading Change where they are dedicated to promoting women in executive roles in the community and the corporate environment.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University and a Masters in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and is fluent in English and Spanish.
