Overview
Vishal Parashar is a manager in the Kaufman Rossin tax practice. He helps private equity clients and 1040 clients with sure prep software and assists medium and complex Federal, Multi State, and international regulations FINCEN 114, Form 8938 for onshore and offshore investments.
Vishal brings over 14 years of client service experience to serving high net worth individuals, 990 Returns, partnerships, corporations, small trusts, and a few years working with private equity and hedge fund clients. He has experience in review and tax planning by using BNA software for projections and evaluations.
He has championed many process improvements and implementation programs for his prior employers.
Vishal is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), which assists in final signing of various tax compliance documents.
He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kakatiya University, India and a Master of Business Administration - Specialization in Finance from Symbiosis University, India. He also earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management – Specialization in Management Accounting and Statistics.
