Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Yuliya gained extensive experience in HR and compliance roles in the transportation and healthcare sectors. She was responsible for managing compliance programs, overseeing audits, implementing policies, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Her expertise spans quality assurance, HIPAA and regulatory compliance, employee training, and performance management, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards across teams.
Yuliya earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Florida International University.
