PRISM provides a welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies at Kaufman Rossin, fostering understanding, connection, and a sense of belonging across the firm.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ERGs offer opportunities for peers who share similar beliefs, backgrounds, life experiences or other affinities to connect and support one another. They provide access to role models and peers, an outlet to share perspectives, and a way to increase awareness and buy-in with other firm members on inclusion and diversity issues.

Through meaningful dialogue, education, and community engagement, PRISM creates opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, share experiences, and build relationships that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What We Focus On

Awareness & Education

Education is core to PRISM’s programming. Through member meetings and events, PRISM offers opportunities to learn about LGBTQ+ identities, terminology, history, and current events — supporting understanding in an inclusive, respectful setting.

Community Involvement & Connection

PRISM engages with the broader community by partnering with nonprofit organizations and participating in external initiatives. From volunteering and fundraising to guest speakers and community events, PRISM helps build connection and supports Kaufman Rossin’s role as a community-minded organization.

Celebration & Connection

PRISM believes visibility and joy are essential parts of community. The group hosts social and celebratory events that bring employees together and recognize LGBTQ+ culture — including participation in Miami’s SAVE Gala and an annual Kaufman Rossin Pride Day Fashion Show.
